Raw Tomato Cut into big chunks
Skinless Roasted peanuts
Heat some oil and add tomatoes and green chillies until charred and golden.
Once cooked and cool, add it to the blending jar along with peanuts, garlic, tamarind paste and salt.
Blend the mixture to a thick, smooth paste.
Add water as and when required (the chutney should be as thick as shown in the picture to enjoy the flavor)
Heat some oil and add all the ingredients mentioned.
Switch off the heat once the dals are golden brown.
Pour it on the chutney. *Shelf Life – Refrigerate and store it in a air tight box for 4 days*
