Delicious Orange Muffins

Baked these delicious orange muffins and I am SO HAPPY they turned out to be exactly how I expected 🙈 I hope these colors brighten up your day 🌼🥰

Ingredients:

  • 🍊2 cups flour
  • 🍊1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 🍊3/4 tsp salt
  • 🍊1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 🍊1 cup clementine puree
  • 🍊1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 🍊2/3 cup orange juice
  • 🍊1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 🍊1/3 cup vegetable oil

Method:

  • 🌼Preheat your oven at 175 degree C.
  • 🌼Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
  • 🌼Add the orange puree, orange juice, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients.
  • 🌼Do not over mix. Scoop the batter into cupcake cups.
  • 🌼Bake for 15-20 minutes.
