  • 6 Pitted dates soaked in hot water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats gluten free
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 tbsp teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded coconut for dusting

You can skip black pepper and vanilla extract if you want. I blended other ingredients a couple of pulses to make sure almonds are crushed and then added the dates. Once you blend them, make the balls and roll them over coconut shreds 🥥.
